Double does not spell trouble always

The trend of the season nowadays is double everything. Double sink, double oven, double dishwasher…etc. Those who can afford such luxuries and do find the time and the urgency to use them are the people that most benefit from a “double everything” kitchen. Double ovens can cook dinner and desert at the same time. A double sink allows for two people sharing the dishwashing duty, or more space to pile after dinner dinnerware. Another interesting use for double sinks is to prevent cross contamination. One side can be used for washing food, eg. vegetables, fish, meat, etc., the other may be used for washing dishes.
