Research shows the average condo hotel buyer to be between the ages of 35 and 50 years old and many simply are purchasing them as both an investment property and vacation property.

For Joan Parker, the three-story addition to a traditional home she and her husband David Gordon and sons Alex and Charlie had lived in for more than 10 years meant flowing the inside with the outside and providing space to entertain. �The first floor open plan means we spend more time together without being on top of one another,� Parker says. For Alex and Charlie, the addition to their Northwest Washington home provides more space downstairs to play pool, watch TV, and have friends over. It also gives them a homework corner on the main floor that relates to the rest of the home. �You can see what�s going on,� Charlie says, while Alex likes the light from the corner windows.

Cirrus launched Aquarius Gate, a 3 billion Dirhams mixed-use development site at Nakheel’s Waterfront Project in Dubai. This will be one of the upcoming luxurious properties at the waterfront to house commercial and residential units.
The beach front community, which will be adjacent to the beaches, train stations, restaurants, signature shops, parks and other leisurely amenities.

The clients came to VanBerg Construction Co., San Diego, with a singular purpose. Although their master bath and bedroom might be adequate to their needs, the space really didn’t fit what they envisioned. “Please create a luxurious space for us,” they entreated owner Robert Jertberg.

The large existing bath featured stone and marble everywhere. So Robert took the space, and without having to add or expand, turned it into “the kind of bathroom everybody should have.”

“We had two goals,” Robert explains. “The first, of course, was to create a more luxurious bath for our client. The second was to open up the bathroom to take advantage of a magnificent view from the bathroom area.”
